last summer’s picks
while perusing old photos, i found this silly spread i had made to document my visit to last july’s renegade craft fair, which was held at the california market center in downtown.  items of interest:

1. frank chimero is still my favorite find.  i wish there was a series of these just by fc.
2. oh hello friend continues to be irresistible every time. (6) pieces & counting.
3. rebecca of good friday was mine & genevieve’s gracious booth neighbor at the cornfield.
4. this was the debut fair for paper pastries. my experience at this particular booth stands out in my memory quite well — i remember very clearly being amused at how a pair of boys could create such a darling brand & array of paper goods.  turns out it was the boyfriend & the brother of the owner/designer.  & now i know margaret.
